Royal Purple Synthetic Lubricants announced today its’ title sponsorship of the 3rd Annual Powder Puff Race for the Cure, created by M.O.R.E (Mohave Off-Road Enthusiast) & DAMZL Inc. Benefits and donations acquired from this year’s event will support Cedar Sinai Women’s’ Breast Cancer Research Center.  This year’s event will take place in Barstow California October 10th – 11th 2008.

“Breast cancer is a cause that has touched many lives within Royal Purple,” states Patrick Burris Motorsports Coordinator for Royal Purple. “ It was important to us to pay tribute to all of those people we know who have or are battling breast cancer as well as do what we can to help and sponsoring this event was the perfect combination for us. This race is a wonderful way for women to come out, have some fun and support and help other women in need. We are just glad to be a part of it.”
The Powder Puff Race for the Cure is the largest all women driver event, as well as one of the overall largest events put on by M.O.R.E and DAMZL Inc each year bringing teams in from all over the country. This year a new race class for SideXSide UTV’S is being introduced, which should draw in even more teams and garner more attention for the event. All vehicles in the race will run a 20-mile loop and compete with vehicles split up into two different heats.
