BBS launches a new series of high end models called “Forged Individual”, basically forged CNC wheels. The monobloc lightweight construction allows for benchmarks like 7.4 kg for a 8.75 x 19 Porsche wheel. Core of the lightweight approach is a forged blank by high strength aluminum in aviation quality. A special forging alloy is applied. Further a flow formed inner rim enables maximum strength at minimum mass. Back milled spokes also contribute to weight optimization. The CNC milled design enables an individual derivative for each car platform. It is literally milled from the solid block.

The highly flexible manufacturing concept manages as well individual surfaces, e.g. with ceramic polishing as the Bugatti series wheels by BBS. Ceramic polishing achieves a massive depth of brilliance and is currently one of the most valuable surface finishs of light alloy wheels. Additionally special color coatings with diamond turned high visibility segments and individual laser inscriptions are possible too. First type approvals were granted for different models of BMW, Ferrari and Porsche.

CH-R Wheel
The most popular BBS-design up to now, the CH wheel as a reference to the champions of motorsports, is now available in 20” too. With a flow formed inner rim for maximum strength at minimum mass the CH-R brings motorsports DNA to the street. Back milled spokes for weight optimization are a feature as well as laser inscription. An easy to exchange stainless steel rim protector improves every day usability. Already approved for Audi, BMW, Mercedes.

CS Wheel
The CS wheel represents as a monobloc cast wheel the new entry model of the BBS world.  Brilliant silver or diamond black with diamond turned segments it is offered from the beginning for Alfa, Audi, BMW, Honda, Mercedes, Opel, Saab and Toyota.
