Our AP Racing front and rear brake systems are the ultimate braking upgrade for the Ford GT. This kit was designed for and used on Steve Millen’s GT during the grueling Targa Rally New Zealand. Packing a massive increase in stopping power, this setup gives the performance-minded driver full confidence while pushing the GT to the limit in road rallies, time attacks and track days. As with all AP Racing kits, it is designed to perform with the factory OE master cylinder and is fully compatible with factory ABS subsystems. The factory parking brake caliper is retained though the use of a lightweight CNC-machined billet aluminum spacer bracket.

The world famous AP Racing 6-Piston calipers with 14.25” (362mm x 32mm) two-piece full-floating rotors on the front are ideally paired with AP Racing 6-Piston aluminum calipers with 15” (381mm x 32mm) two-piece full-floating rotors in the rear for the ultimate 4 corner upgrade. The full-floating rotors allow for expansion under extreme heat without coning. This means more consistent braking through those long runs and more even pad wear.

Complete with caliper mounting brackets, DOT-compliant stainless steel brake lines for both front and rear, high performance Mintex Xtreme Motorsport brake pads and all the necessary high-grade installation hardware. Now you can possess the same advanced brake technology preferred in NASCAR, Formula 1, World Rally Car (WRC), Champ Cars, and more at an affordable price.

Mintex Xtreme Motorsport pads do not compromise wear and noise for superior stopping capability. These pads perform from 0-1300º F with less noise than most “high performance” pads. They also work cold, unlike other compromised pads which may leave you shaken up on the first stops of the day.

Available in two colors: Red calipers with black script or Black calipers with yellow script.
