The DFX® series by Centerforce ®, the next level in high-performance is now available for 1963 to 1969 Dodge Cars with 426” and 440” engines using an 18-Spline transmission. This new clutch assembly replaces the clutch assembly with higher holding capacity pressure plate designed for a direct bolt in replacement and ceramic button style disc.  Centerforce strives to provide the best products on the market today on all performance levels by using patented processes and constantly testing different materials and designs to find the best combination.

Mark 7 Radiators now has custom made or stock replacement radiators for all Mopar years, makes and models. This black anodized unit is for the 1970-’74 Dodge Challenger. Mark 7 will custom make a radiator to your specifications and provide it in natural or polished aluminum, or in one of 16 other custom anodized colors. Custom engraving on the tank or shroud is also available. This semi-gloss black anodized unit is for a restored Challenger R/T with a built 400-CID engine and automatic trans. The owner prefers a stock appearance for this resto.

The 2008 Dodge Viper defines brute power. Equipped with an 8.4-liter, 10-cylinder engine, the 2008 Dodge Viper is capable of producing over 600 horsepower. The Viper is often considered primitive when compared to ultra-luxurious supercars from Europe. However, what the Viper lacks in plush trim and options, it makes up for with its track credentials. The 2008 Viper is reported to accelerate from 0-60 mph in 3.7 seconds, cover the quarter mile in 11.8 seconds, and reach top speeds of around 200 mph. Combine that level of sheer power with the ability to precisely maneuver through turns, stop from 60-0 mph in around 100 feet, and the 2008 Viper will leave a venomous taste in mouths of European supercar owners.

Professional Products is famous for their large selection of high-performance street and race dampers. As a result of numerous requests, they have engineered two inexpensive (approx. $200) Powerforce+Plus 6.95-inch dampers for the early 1992-’02 (#90016) and the 2003-’09 (#90017) Dodge VIPER engines. A front timing cover change was made in ’03 necessitating the damper change. These dampers meet SFI specifications for extreme race applications on high-horsepower engines. The SFI Foundation establishes strict standards for specialty/performance auto and racing equipment.

As hard as it may be to believe, there was a time when sway bars were considered optional equipment. In fact, some B- and E-Body Mopars weren’t even equipped with provisions for them. When it debuted at the SEMA show last November, the “E-Max” 1970 Challenger R/T was loaded with a variety of prototype suspension parts and a showroom stock 340 six-pack. Six months later suspension designs are in production and Team Hotchkis put them to the test at the 16th Annual Goodguys Summer Get-Together in Pleasanton, California with outstanding results.

The Dodge Viper has been a mainstay of the super luxury sports car market for over a decade, continuing to dominate lesser cars by putting out 600 horsepower with its monster V10 engine. K&N has developed a replacement panel air filter (33-2432) for the 2008 and 2009 Dodge Viper with a 8.4 liter V10 engine.

Though it comes straight from the factory with a high-performance 2.4-liter 215-horsepower engine, some 2003-2005 Dodge Neon SRT-4 2.4L drivers still need more speed.  And for those who do, Fidanza aluminum flywheel does just the trick. “The turbocharged and intercooled engine on the SRT-4 is an already impressive power plant, but that doesn’t mean it can’t use a little extra boost,” said Bob Scheid, vice president, Fidanza.
