The LS9 Damper (KAT-A6042) features a 10% supercharger overdrive and provides four psi of additional boost for a total of 14.5 psi.  The Katech unit is a direct replacement for the original unit and uses proven crankshaft dampening technologies.  To ensure long-term durability, the unit is hard coat anodized.  Purchase of Katech’s LS9 Damper includes the belt.

The ZR1 Heat Exchanger (KAT-6044) is twice as thick as the OE cooler, providing consumers with a greater cooling capacity and larger coolant volume.  The result is lower intake charge temperatures and better performance.  Katech’s ZR1 model is a direct replacement part and retails for $999.99. The Carbon Fiber Side Skirts (KAT-A6041) are made from motorsports-quality carbon fiber and weigh only 1.5 lbs.  Molded from original ZR1 components, Katech’s new side skirts are bolted and riveted to the car body. Drilling is required during installation, and the side skirts come complete with instructions, attachments, mounting hardware and a 5mm drill bit.  The Carbon Fiber Side Skirts retail for $1,175.00.

The ClubSport Exhaust System, when combined with an X-pipe, is designed to shave 30 lbs. off the stock exhaust while adding a deep, aggressive tone.  Using the factory exhaust baffle system to turn off one side of the exhaust during low RPM cruising, the ClubSport Exhaust technology cancels out low-RPM sound waves that cause drone.  The result is a deep, racecar-like sound at high RPM while maintaining idle volume at moderate levels.

Katech’s LS7 Oil Pump (part number KAT-A5069-LS7) is hand-assembled and features 30% greater scavenge capacity, which is designed to remove oil from the pan and put it into the tank faster for better oil control. The ported LS7 Oil Pump is blueprinted to precise tolerances, serialized and documented.  It features a blue anodized front cover that is laser etched with the Katech Performance logo.
