Evosport releases titanium brake pad shims (dubbed Ti-shims) for the Mercedes-Benz 63 AMG vehicles to help maintain brake effectiveness and mitigate brake fluid from boiling over. When brakes are under stress and working hard, they get extremely hot. The longer you are on the brakes (i.e., entering a corner from a long straight), the more stress and heat that is generated. This heat has tremendous effects on the effectiveness of the brakes as well as on the brake components themselves. Rubber, for example, can quickly melt in that situation, or in any heavy braking scenario.

Evosport introduces our newest 1-piece wheel, the ES105. A forged split 5-spoke Monoblock. To complement the success of their performance product enhancements for the Mercedes-Benz CLK63 AMG Black Series, Evosport Inc. announced the release of their much anticipated carbon fiber DTM rear wing for the car. Based initially on the design of the factory Mercedes-Benz wing standard on the now out-of-production Euro W209 CLK DTM AMG street car, the Evosport wing is the perfect upgrade for the consumer who desires more aggressive styling and function while maintaining a factory look. Unlike the factory CLK DTM AMG wing, however, which was constructed of fiberglass, the Evosport wing is made of lightweight, ultra-strong carbon fiber.

Evosport Inc. is proud to announce the release of its evosport Power Pulley System for the new BMW E90/E92/E93 M3, based on the S65 V8 normally-aspirated engine. With a stock engine, horsepower (HP) is typically lost in the requirement to drive accessory pulleys (water pump, power steering, alternator, A/C). This parasitic loss can often be reduced by under-driving certain engine pulleys. For a number of years, Evosport has been a recognized leader in developing under-drive pulley systems that safely reduce this parasitic power loss in high-end European vehicles, resulting in measurable HP gains.

The Whitis/BMW Performance Driving School M6 is currently in 4th place OVERALL in a field of over 90 entries and 3rd in the top category SSGT1 Big Bore. The car is well setup and has the evosport Headers and Power Pulley System installed. This car also clocked the second highest speed of ALL entries on the front straight at Miller Motorsport Raceway @ 162MPH! 2006 BMW M5: Owned by Jonathan Czarny of Orlando, FL and driven by Jonathan Czarny and Jonathan Miller, the evosport/Dinan/Bimmer Place M5 is currently running in 18th place OVERALL and 3rd in the Luxury Car category. Among other mods, the car has the evosport Power Pulley System installed. Unfortunately, the car was a late entry and we did not have enough time to install the evosport Headers.
