MODE Racing made their official debut at Redline Time Attack during Round 2 at Willowsprings International Raceway in Rosamond, CA. The table was set as the MODE Racing’s Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2.0T made its way from its engineering and fabrication facility in Salt Lake City, Utah to the hot and humid conditions at the “Fastest Track in the West”. Over 100 cars were on the grid from the stock, street, modified, and unlimited classes and MODE Racing was the single modified class Hyundai Genesis in attendance.

Redline Time Attack (http://www.redlinetimeattack.com) chose MODE Racing’s Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2.0T as 1 of 5 vehicles to represent the Time Attack market.

The next destination for the Hyundai Genesis Coupe is the “Fastest Track in the West”, the legendary Willowsprings “Big Willow” Raceway in Rosamond, CA for Round 2 of the Redline Time Attack.

With only a few days of ownership of the Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2.0 T (call sign: MDR-1) the MODE Racing crew took a drive to Firebird International Raceway in Phoenix Arizona to do a quick shakedown event at the NASA Super Lap Battle Time Attack. The MDR-1 Genesis Coupe was taken out of its trailer ready for battle equipped with only Motul Racing Fluids, Toyo R888 tires, Enkei NT03+M wheels, and an APR GTC-300 rear wing.
