Pressing onward with the latest in our Mercedes Benz lineage, Vorsteiner is proud to announce the advent of the Mercedes Benz C63 AMG Aero Package. Respectfully following the CLK Black’s heritage, the C63 AMG Aero Package has been meticulously designed and tested to meet Vorsteiner standards of quality, both in style and performance. Every component in the C63 AMG package is created using a state-of-the-art aerospace autoclave system which utilizes a resin pre-impregnated, vacuum-formed carbon fiber. This results in an up to 30% stiffer and stronger structure when compared to an equivalent wet-lay product.

We are proud to release our latest LCI Boot Lid for the BMW 3 Series and M3 Series. The newly designed VRS LCI series features fitment of the new LED tail lights boasting an integrated wing profile for improved aerodynamics & downforce. The boot lid is constructed of Pre Preg Autoclave carbon fiber and the single-sided version weighs in at only 9 lbs.

The V-GT edition heritage continues onto the latest facelifted MKII Carrera models starting in 2010. An all-new aerodynamic package is both simple and elegant enhancing the design of the factory body lines without compromising quality and performance. The V-GT aero package will be available for the Porsche: C2, C2S, C4, C4S, Targa 4, Targa 4S & Cabriolet models. Up front end the V-GT Carrera shows off a functionally designed front add-on spoiler constructed of pre-preg autoclave carbon fiber. The V-GT front spoiler extends the profile of the factory front bumper to improve downforce at high speeds and also houses integrated dual brake duct openings with a black protective mesh grill.

The BR9 edition based on the Bentley Continental GT/Speed Series consists of a 5-Piece lightweight aerodynamic package that is constructed with our high tech vacuum bagged dry carbon fiber technology. Upfront our designers started with a full replacement front bumper cover that houses a larger and taller air inlet ducting in conjuction with a replaceable carbon fiber lower chin spoiler to optimize downforce & airflow.

The Ventross Nissan GT-R features the same high quality aerodynamics engineering and construction expected from parent company Vorsteiner. The carbon fiber aero components for the Nissan GT-R is slated for market release on June 1st , 2009.

The much anticipated E90 M3 Sedan has now been released with all-new lightweight aerodynamic components. The new body upgrades consist of dry carbon fiber front add-on spoiler that is shared with the E92 M3 coupe and unique carbon fiber rear aero diffuser which has the 3 integrated diffuser fins. To complete the package a new replacement carbon boot lid with a built in lip spoiler enhances down force and has over 35% weight savings over the factory steel unit.

Vorsteiner is proud to release the latest dyno results of our E92 M3 | E90 M3 full titanium exhaust systems. Designed for the M3 E92 Coupe & M3 E90 Sedan models, this fully custom built exhaust system features 100% full titanium construction to maxmize power to weight ratio and complement our lightweight carbon fiber aerodynamics. The all-new titanium exhaust system is a direct result of countless hours of engineering, prototyping and testing before a working model was approved & released for full scale production. The entire exhaust system saves a total of 38 lbs (16.8 kg) off the stainless steel factory unit while improving both horsepower & torque by allowing more effiecient air flow travel while reducing back pressure.

The CLK 63 AMG Black coupe has been fine tuned with an all-new lightweight dry carbon fiber front spoiler and a more aggressive replacement carbon fiber deck lid spoiler. Code named the “Black Widow” the combination of the Vorsteiner DTM front and rear spoiler components has been found to drastically improve down force & aerodynamics during high speed tests at the track over 321km/h (200mph).
